VERY IMPORTANT:

Please be sure the shipping address provided to us IS the correct address you want your items shipped to. We ARE NOT responsible for incorrect mailing addresses and you WILL NOT be refunded for your order when they do not arrive. Additional shipping charges will occur if address changes are made after an item has shipped.

Each items is packed with great care as we want your item to get to you in perfect condition . Please remove your products from their packaging when you receive them. We also choose the best shipping method to try to ensure your item arrives safely. This is normally 3 day priority for hardware and 3-­7 day Freight Carrier for large items. White Shanty is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

Freight Shipping:

Freight shipping typically takes 3-­7 Business Days. No weekend or holiday delivery. Your order will be secured in a custom shipping crate and shipped via Freight Carrier. If you have paid for call ahead shipping, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time. Please provide your phone number to us upon ordering so we may include this on your shipping label to ensure a timely delivery. The customer is responsible for making arrangements (including providing extra manpower) to move your product/order from the the delivery vehicle to their final location. The delivery driver is not responsible for transporting products. If you paid for a liftgate delivery, the freight driver will deliver the product to curbside, meaning to the curb or end of your driveway. Transit times on freight shipments generally range from 3­7 business days. Delivery dates are all estimates and are subject to change.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their order for damage and correct specifications before signing the delivery receipt. If the customer does not note any damage to the order or accepts the order as is, the CUSTOMER IS THEN RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL SHIPPING COSTS back to White Shanty. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for shipping back to White Shanty if the customer accepts their shipment.

Please note : Customers have the right to refuse shipment if for any reason they feel their order has been damaged in any way. Please note the damage on the delivery receipt whether accepting shipment or refusing shipment. If the customer signs for and accepts their delivery despite any damage, the customer will then be responsible to file claims with the shipping company. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO CUSTOMERS IF THEY ACCEPT THEIR SHIPMENTS.

International Shipping:

In the case of international shipments­ Duties, fees, tariffs and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be familiar with import laws in their country. No refunds can be issued on items detained/returned by customs officials.

Custom Orders:

If for any reason you decide to cancel a custom project after you place your order, you have 3 business days to cancel your order to receive a full refund for total amount paid. Should you choose to cancel after the 3 business day time allowance, we will charge 25% of the total amount.

Changes:

Changes to dimensions will not be accepted after 5 business days of placing your order. If changes are requested after this time period there may be an additional charge applied depending on the circumstance(s). Please note that rustic/vintage barn doors may vary 1­2” in width or height.

Payment:

Full payment must be received before White Shanty will begin working on an order. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Refunds and Exchanges:

In the event of damage or mistakes caused by White Shanty, parts and labor will be provided at no charge to remedy the problem. Should the customer still prefer a refund, one will be given (minus a 50% processing fee and any shipping costs) provided the refund is requested within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until the product has been returned. No refunds are given on custom orders or international orders.
