As soon as your door is built, we hand pack each item with great care as we want your item to get to you in perfect condition. We also choose the best shipping method to try to ensure your item arrives safely. This is normally a 3-day priority for hardware and 3-7-day Freight Carrier for large items.
Freight shipping typically takes 3-7 Business Days. Your door order will be secured in a custom shipping crate and shipped via Freight Carrier. If you have paid for call ahead shipping, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time. Please provide your phone number to us upon ordering so we may include this on your shipping label to ensure a timely delivery.
If you paid for a lift-gate delivery, the freight driver will deliver the product to curbside. Delivery dates are all estimates and are subject to change.
Please be sure to inspect your order for damage and correct specifications before signing the delivery receipt.
