VERY IMPORTANT:

Please be sure the shipping address provided to us IS the correct address you want your items shipped to. We ARE NOT responsible for incorrect mailing addresses and you WILL NOT be refunded for your order when they do not arrive. Additional shipping charges will occur if address changes are made after an item has shipped.

Each item is packed with great care as we want your item to get to you in perfect condition. Please remove your products from their packaging when you receive them. We also choose the best shipping method to try to ensure your item arrives safely. This is normally a 3-day priority for hardware and 3-7 day Freight Carrier for large items. White Shanty is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

Freight Shipping:

Freight shipping typically takes 3-7 Business Days. No weekend or holiday delivery. Your door order will be secured in a custom shipping crate and shipped via Freight Carrier. If you have paid for call ahead shipping, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time. Please provide your phone number to us upon ordering so we may include this on your shipping label to ensure a timely delivery. The customer is responsible for making arrangements (including providing extra manpower) to move your product/order from the delivery vehicle to their final location. The delivery driver is not responsible for transporting products. If you paid for a liftgate delivery, the freight driver will deliver the product to curbside, meaning to the curb or end of your driveway. Transit times on freight shipments generally range from 3-¬7 business days. Delivery dates are all estimates and are subject to change.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their order for damage and correct specifications before signing the delivery receipt.

The merchandise that is shipped through the common carrier is automatically insured against loss or damage. Open and inspect all the packages with the driver present. If, a damaged part is found or a part is missing when you are inspecting the shipment, accept the delivery and write a short description of the damage or missing item on all the copies of the drivers delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery). No claims for damage, loss, or shortage will be allowed unless they are accompanied by a signed Proof of Delivery noting such damage, loss, or shortage signed by a representative of the carrier and forwarded to Company within five (5) days of the date of delivery. Customer is deemed to have accepted the order after the expiration of such five (5) day period. After the driver has left, call White Shanty and we will promptly replace that item free of charge. If you or your agent does not inspect the merchandise with the driver present and damage is discovered, neither White Shanty nor the freight company will be held responsible.

International Shipping:

In the case of international shipments¬ Duties, fees, tariffs and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be familiar with import laws in their country. No refunds can be issued on items detained/returned by customs officials.
