    The distinct construction of engineered wood forms a rigid structure that does not gap, buckle, or respond to fluctuations in temperature and humidity. We also choose the best shipping method to try to ensure your item arrives safely. This is normally a 3-day priority for hardware and 3-7-day Freight Carrier for large items.

    Freight shipping typically takes 3-7 Business Days. Your door order will be secured in a custom shipping crate and shipped via Freight Carrier. If you have paid for call ahead shipping, the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time. Please provide your phone number to us upon ordering so we may include this on your shipping label to ensure a timely delivery.

    If you paid for a lift-gate delivery, the freight driver will deliver the product to curbside. Delivery dates are all estimates and are subject to change.

I ordered a sliding barn door from White Shanty this past fall. It took a while for them to make it, but that’s because it was a huge custom sized door specifically for this one doorway in my house. But ty kept me updated of its status the whole way. When it arrived, with lift gate service I was able to pull it into my garage. It was created on a skid and was over 500lbs with the hardware. VERY well protected. Got it uncreated and into the house and installed with a buddy of mine. This is definitely NOT a first timer’s project, but also it wasn’t really that difficult if you’re careful and take your time. The door fit perfectly and looks great. Everyone who’s seen it loves it. Thanks guys!
